These terms are a template for Lorvia. They describe how someone might later accept an agreement by creating an account or continuing to use the product. This draft does not create that agreement, and it is not yet in effect.

A person who creates an account would be expected to keep sign-in credentials private and to be responsible for activity on that account. Age limits, identity checks, and account recovery rules are not decided in this template.

Do not use the product to break the law, interfere with other people, or try to reach data you are not allowed to see. A finished list of prohibited uses is still to be written.

Paid plans, if offered, are billed by the payment provider named in the Privacy Policy. Prices, renewals, taxes, and refunds are [TBD]. This template does not promise a price, a renewal, or a refund.

You keep ownership of material you submit, such as notes, lore, and files. The product needs to store and show that material in order to operate. Any license, sharing rule, or removal rule beyond that is [TBD].

The product may send material you upload, including notes, to an AI provider so it can draft or suggest text and images. Generated output can be wrong or incomplete. This template does not promise accuracy, originality, or freedom from third-party claims.

Either side may stop using the product. What happens to an account and its content after it closes is [TBD]. This template does not state a deletion deadline for any content.

The product is made available as it runs. This template makes no warranty and names no governing law, court, venue, or liability cap.

These terms may be replaced after review. How notice would be given, and when a later version would take effect, is [Effective date TBD].
